Attorney Todd Gardner demonstrated that the car’s two-point motorized seat belt was to blame, and gained the largest settlement the Ford Motor Company had given at the time for a claim involving its "automatic" seat belt system.

We also represented a police officer who suffered a serious accident. Long after the accident, it became clear that the design of his car caused much more serious injuries than would have occurred otherwise.
